Schedule or manage an appointment

All appointment scheduling at Beta and Bloom is done through the secure patient portal. Choose the option below that best describes you.

New patients

If you have not been seen at Beta and Bloom before, please complete the online pre registration form. This creates your chart in the system. After your chart is created, you will be able to schedule an appointment through the patient portal.

  • Have your insurance card available
  • Enter your basic contact and insurance details
  • Describe the reason for your visit

Additional information and forms can be completed when you check in for your visit.

Current patients

If you are already an established patient, log in to the portal to request or manage appointments, send messages, review lab results and update your information.

  • Use your existing Healow username and password
  • Choose appointment request or messaging from the menu

If you have trouble with the portal or are unsure which option to choose, please call the clinic at (405) 309-3222 during business hours and our staff can assist you.

For urgent concerns, call your primary care provider or seek emergency care. The portal is not monitored for emergencies.
